Adam Peaty Bounces Back from 100m Defeat

Superstar English swimmer Adam Peaty OBE put the defeat he suffered in the 100m breaststroke behind him this week as he powered to Commonwealth Games 2022 gold in the 50m breaststroke. Peaty hadn't previously lost for 8 years in the 100m and was understandably upset and had low spirit after the defeat. But he roared back to winning ways wearing a signature red Speedo swim hat more determined than ever. Peaty has had a tough year after fracturing his toe and as a mark of respect he hung his gold medal around the neck of his mentor and coach Mel Marshal who was instrumental in getting his head back in the game for the final.
The triple Olympic champion and World Record Holder is widely regarded as the greatest breaststroker of all-time and signed a huge sponsorship deal with Speedo just this year and can sometimes be seen wearing a Mens Fastskin LZR High Waisted Jammer.
