Anthony Joshua’s next fight will be Saturday 20th August

Anthony Joshua who is sponsored by Under Armour will fight in Saudi Arabia at the Superdome in Jeddah on the 20th August 2022. He will face Ukrainian Southpaw heavyweight  boxer  Oleksandr Usyk whose nickname is ‘The Cat’.  ‘The Cat’ stands at 6’ 3” and has already defeated Joshua in 2021 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. His professional boxing career is superb with 19 fights and 19 wins, so he goes into the fight as the favourite. Joshua MBE, a former bricklayer, stands taller at 6’6” and as an avid chess player, will try to use his tactical skills to overcome his opponent. Boxing fans have noted that Usyk has recently bulked up into even more of a power house and think Joshua will have a tough time in the ring.
