Refund Policy
Q. What if the item doesn't fit?
A. Just return it to us and we will exchange it for a different size. We know that you will need to try the item on but please be careful not to leave any marks (e.g. make-up, deodorant) as we may not be able to accept it back if we believe it has been worn. Underwear & swimwear are all non-returnable. Please ensure tags are still attached and please include original packaging.
Q. What if the item is faulty?
A. Faulty items should be returned to us and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement. Get in touch via the Contact Us page for further instructions.
Q. How long will it take to process my refund or exhange?
A. We process all refunds & exchanges within 48 hours after we have received your item. For exchange please refer to the delivery time guide for the time it will take for you to recieve your item.
NOTE: For us to accept a return your merchandise must have tags attached and original, un-damaged packaging included!
