Roger Federer has finally called it a day on a glittering tennis career which spanned three decades. He was arguably the most talented men's tennis player in the history of the sport. He said goodbye to the sport he loves at the Laver Cup tournament where tears were shed by the superstar and his fellow commentators, such is the regard held for him. Rafael Nadal, his great rival, was visibly upset by the Swiss star's retirement.

Federer has an incredible eight Wimbledon titles under his belt and he has been in 31 Grand Slam finals, claiming 20 titles and 11 runners up.
